My experience since totally breaking my right shoulder in October 20 & being sent to Medway Maritime Hospital has all been good. I was lucky to have Professor BI Singh & team as my consultant.I had excellent care in hospital & have recovered very well,I have excellent movement & am pain free. I attended Medway today for my final appointment & X-ray which was all good. I can't thank Professor BI Singh & team Professionalism enough for giving me my quality of life back again.

Very happy with Prof. Bijayendra Singh this will be my 3rd time in 10 years and I feel very safe and confident as I know I’m always in good hands and there is nothing I can say that would improve the service as it is already a 10 out of 10 service.

I can not fault the care I have received from Prof Singh since the fracture of my right clavicle was diagnosed in late March. Treatment and surgery were swiftly implemented and less than a month later, I am back on the road to a full recovery. Just a note - the care staff in Medway were outstanding in their dedication, making sure that I was comfortable after my surgery. Sadly not enough credit is given to the lovely people who work for our wonderful NHS.

You couldn’t be in more caring hands than Prof Singh. I have an underlying medical condition and also had a fractured clavicle that needed surgical intervention, he has taken his time to explain to me the pros and cons of surgery, he made it clear that he has wanted to do the right thing for me even tho it has not prob felt that to me. He has treated me with total regard and supported me whilst I am waiting for surgery by appointments and phone calls,. It’s been a horrible time to live with this medical condition and he has been totally understanding and supportive and when the time comes to have the surgery he has prepared me and I trust him fully.

Response from Prof. Bijayendra Singh

Thank you for a wonderful feedback. I always treat patient as a whole rather than an injury in isolation and plan treatments keeping in the centre of decision making.
